There is little time to celebrate your biggest wins as a tennis player on the WTA Tour.
In the first week of action after the US Open, American teenager Iva Jovic won her first WTA title at the Guadalajara Open.
As a result, Jovic was able to match a Coco Gauff record and made a significant jump in the WTA rankings to a new career-high of world number 36.
Jovic has been predicted to rise even further up the rankings next year, but she was not the only first-time WTA title winner last week.

Last week also saw the return of WTA tennis in Brazil, with a 250 level event taking place in Sao Paulo.
As a result of being the week after the US Open, the Sao Paulo tournament had a weaker field than many other WTA events, but still had names including Beatriz Haddad Maia, Alexandra Eala and Ajla Tomljanovic featuring.
However, it was actually Tiantsoa Sarah Rakotomanga Rajaonah who came out as the victor at the end of the week, with the Frenchwoman beating Janice Tjen in the final.
Rakotomanga Rajaonah is one of five teenage WTA title winners this year at just 19 years old, and has already climbed over 200 places in the rankings this year after reaching a new career-high of world number 131.

After winning the biggest title of her career so far, Rakotomanga Rajaonah was looking to continue rising up the ranks and returned to action at the lower level WTA 125 event in Caldas da Rainha, where former world number one Karolina Pliskova returned to tennis.
Rakotomanga Rajaonah battled back to win her first round match against Valentina Ryser, but her winning streak came to an end in the second round after being beaten in straight sets by world number 270 Carol Young Suh Lee.
Lee is four years older than Rakotomanga Rajaonah, but could be an exciting prospect after recently graduating from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

What is next for Tiantsoa Sarah Rakotomanga Rajaonah?
Although there will be obvious disappointment about her winning streak coming to an end, it is still an exciting time for Rakotomanga Rajaonah.
There are just a few months left of the 2025 season, but a big goal for the Frenchwoman has to be breaking into the top 100 and gaining direct entry for the Australian Open.
That could still be a possibility for Rakotomanga Rajaonah this year, despite currently being 158 ranking points away from the top 100.
Rakotomanga Rajaonah only has 41 ranking points to defend until the end of the season, and with her new career-high can now enter better tournaments than ever before.
The teenager is now set to have a week away from the match court, before playing another WTA 125 level tournament in Samson, Turkiye.
